Support for all the UK blue light and military services, and where possible families too.
“Our colleagues are proud to have served, their pride can be shaken and their willingness to seek support often left late and at crisis level, we want to educate, support, guide by lived experience using strong networks of support to return, thrive and continue to add their effective and resilient minds and bodies to society, their families and to be proud of what they have achieved.”

Peer Support from Trojan Wellbeing Foundation Today
Peer Support
A ‘single point of contact’ is offered throughout by The Trojan Wellbeing Foundation. It has been highlighted in recent studies and through many testimonials that repeated retelling of traumatic events significantly adds to the stress, anxiety and trauma suffered by the client. Therefore, the ‘single point of contact’ model offered by Trojan Wellbeing will ensure the best possible experience for the client. This is referred to as ‘Peer-support’ within The Trojan Wellbeing Foundation delivery mechanism.
The benefits of peer-support are that the person who needs support only needs to engage and explain to The Trojan Wellbeing Foundation peer support member and uses this individual as the conduit to their support model, after-care, and ongoing support throughout their time with The Trojan Wellbeing Foundation. This directly eases the individual, as they will only be required to deal with a single entity and this limits frustrations around the need to repeat issues and problems to multiple practitioners, they will also hold a common ground and alliance between the peer support member from The Trojan Wellbeing Foundation and the participant, for example, they could both have served in the UK Police Force in the Northwest of England. This limits the re-traumatization of events and triggering experiences within the participant, installs trust in the process and that support will continue.
